Payment is handled securely by Stripe, a world leader in online payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your banking details never pass through our website.

As each piece is handcrafted to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to modify or cancel. If production has not yet begun, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery times vary depending on the type of creation. For items in stock, allow 3 to 5 working days within Metropolitan France. For bespoke creations, the production time is generally 2 to 4 weeks, plus delivery time.

Yes, we deliver to over 40 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Each lampshade is carefully packed in reinforced, custom-sized cardboard with specific protections to prevent any damage during transit. It is an art in itself!

Contact us with your project: desired dimensions, type of fabric, shape and colour. I will provide a detailed quote and we will exchange ideas to refine every detail. Each creation is unique and made entirely by hand in my workshop.

Absolutely! It is one of my specialities. You can send me your fabric and I will create the lampshade of your dreams with it. I will advise you on the quantity required.

Measure the diameter at the top and bottom of your existing lampshade (or frame), as well as the height. If in doubt, send us a photograph with a ruler or tape measure beside it, and we will guide you through the process.

We work with a wide range of fabrics including silk, linen, cotton, velvet and specialty papers. Frames are available in brass, steel and white-coated metal. We can also source specific fabrics to match your interior.

Yes, I offer introductory and advanced workshops in my atelier in Cormeilles, Normandy. You will learn the traditional techniques of lampshade making and leave with your own creation. Check the Workshops page for upcoming dates.

No experience is required for the introductory workshops. All materials and tools are provided. I guide you step by step through the entire process.

Dust regularly with a soft feather duster or microfibre cloth. Avoid water and chemical products. For light marks on fabric, gently dab with a barely damp cloth. If in doubt, contact us.

We recommend warm-white LED bulbs (2700K) that do not produce heat and show the fabric tones at their best. The wattage depends on the size of the lampshade — I will advise you at the time of purchase.

Standard products may be returned within 14 days, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Bespoke creations cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details.

Please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage. We will find the best solution: replacement, repair or refund.
